Hometree is the UK heating industry's first digitally-led boiler installation company - leveraging technology to deliver a boiler installation service unlike anything seen in the industry before - at prices typically 35-50% cheaper than British Gas. It does so by selling online, cutting out unnecessary costs like home surveys and boiler sales people through the use of video consultations with Hometree Gas Safe experts, and through a simple online platform where homeowners can book appointments and installation dates, receive quotes, pay online, arrange finance and receive reminders about servicing.

Training and Career Development

The Role & Responsibilities

You will contact and engage with high volumes of potential customers who have already shown interest in our service (response to warm enquiries only - we do not cold-call), build rapport, create technical quotes, present the price and guide customers to their ideal new energy-efficient home heating solution; ultimately winning the sale. We demand high levels of customer satisfaction at every touch point at Hometree, therefore, you will you only recommend the best for our customers, winning their confidence in you as a flag bearer, providing expert advice, and of Hometree as a time saving and cost-effective solution. You will also, over time, gain experience selling across a suite of Smart Home products and services as we expand into new verticals and geographies.

  • Bachelor's degree
