How do I make a complaint?

We appreciate that sometimes things go wrong, so please let us know what has happened, and we’ll try our best to fix it.

This is how we handle complaints:
-You contact us to explain what has happened
-Our Customer Success Team acknowledge the complaint
-We investigate your complaint and keep you in the loop with progress
-In the majority of cases, we’ll be able to resolve the complaint within 7 days
