  • Landlord Gas Safety Record (LGSR) - includes an inspection of any gas appliances you have in the home

  • Outdoor Electrics and Heating

  • Faults caused by someone else you used for repairs or design faults

  • Household appliances like fridges and washing machines

What are your response times?

We aim to have someone at your property as soon as possible. Our experts are at hand on our 24/7 helpline.

Do I need to take time off work?

We have flexible, unlimited call outs from our local engineers, even during evenings and weekends.

What about excess?

If you choose our one-off £60 call out charge option, you will get a lower monthly price. If you need any replacements/repairs, we'll ask you to pay a one-off £60 towards the total cost of the repair.
