What happens to my Warranty Wise contract?

Warrantywise will cancel your current plan within the notice period given - to keep your cover contact 01254 445944.

Can I still pay monthly/annually when I switch?

Yes, you can chose to pay monthly or annually.

Which type of Hometree plan is best for me?

This depends on the type of plan you have now, the cover you want, the call out fee you want and the monthly price you want to pay. You can find all Hometree's plans here.

Do these plans include a boiler service?

Yes, you receive a free yearly boiler service as part of every Hometree package.

Once I've signed up to a Hometree plan are there any additional costs?

The price of our plans includes all parts and labour, the only payment you need to make is a call out fee if you have selected this for your plan.

Is there a limit on the number of claims I can make?

There is no limit on the number of claims you can make.

What happens if I have paid for my home cover in full?

If you have paid for your home cover in full you will receive a monetary refund for the amount of the plan you have not used, starting from the day you switch your cover to Hometree. If any repairs or services have been made, we will deduct the cost of these from the refund.

I already have a repair in progress, who will manage that?

Any repairs that have been logged prior to your switch to a HomeTree product, will be dealt with by Warrantywise.

Will my direct debit continue as usual?

No, your current plan and associated payments with Warrantywise will end. Your new plan & payments will be set up directly with Hometree, please use the link provided to ensure uninterrupted cover!

Do I have continuous cover?

Yes, when you switch your Warrantywise plan to Hometree they will waive their usual 14 day no claims period meaning you'll receive uninterrupted cover. You'll only receive continuous cover if you switch to Hometree through the link provided, or over the phone during the switching period.
