Book your annual service visit

If you're an existing home cover customer and need to book your annual service visit, please give us a call on 0330 912 4843 and select option '1', followed by option '2'.

Due to the ongoing stormy weather and Christmas just around the corner, we are facing increased demand for our services. We are focusing on serving our most vulnerable customers or anyone with emergencies (such as no heating or hot water).

In order to do this we are pausing our routine annual service visits until 10th January 2021. We also ask you to avoid calling us unless you have an emergency so we can prioritise those who need us the most.
