I have received an email rejecting my claim due to presence of sludge in my system, what does this mean?

In these instances, our engineers may recommend a powerflush before proceeding with a boiler repair. A powerflush is a process that involves removing accumulated sludge, scale, or debris from the heating system to improve its efficiency and performance.


Powerflushing is not included in our cover so we recommend you reach out to a local experienced tradesperson to carry out the procedure. They will be able to provide you with the necessary service and ensure that your heating system is thoroughly cleaned.


Please contact us here to let us know that the powerflush has been completed and we can rebook your original repair visit if required.
