How can I book my annual boiler service when signing up?
When you sign up for one of our plans, we will advise you that your annual service will be completed in the Spring and Summer months.
We take care of the entire scheduling process on your behalf. Our team automatically assigns a skilled engineer who will reach out to you directly. They will coordinate with you to find a convenient time and date for the service visit.
Please note: If you are a landlord, the process is slightly different. You will be asked to provide the date the LGSR is required and we will pass this to our partners, Preferred Management Solutions, who will then contact you to book the service visit.
