How do I get a copy of my annual service or landlord gas safety certificate?

After the engineer visit has been completed and the job is closed, you will receive a PDF of the necessary documentation by email. This documentation typically includes important details and records related to the service provided. This will be shared with you within 24 hours of the engineer confirming the boiler has passed the service.
