What is an annual service visit?

An annual service visit refers to a boiler service that is conducted by one of our skilled engineers each year. It is an essential part of ensuring the proper functioning and longevity of your boiler. In most of our Hometree plans, including ‘Your Boiler,’ ‘Your Heating,’ and ‘Your Home’, the annual service visit is included as a standard benefit.

 

During the service visit, our engineer will perform a thorough inspection and maintenance of your boiler. They will check various components, clean and lubricate where necessary, and assess the overall performance and safety of your boiler. This proactive approach helps identify any potential issues early and ensures optimal efficiency and reliability.

 

When it’s time for the annual service visit, one of our Engineers will contact you directly to arrange a convenient appointment. We strive to make the process as seamless as possible, allowing you to plan accordingly and ensure minimal disruption to your schedule.
