I am waiting for an engineer to return, but don't have a date confirmed

If you haven’t received a confirmed date for the return of an engineer, there may be a few reasons for this.

This update includes recording the work performed and any parts used. This update may take some time, and until it is complete, a confirmed date may not be available.


2. Parts availability confirmation: In some cases, the completion of a repair may depend on the availability of specific parts. If the engineer requires specific parts that are not immediately available, we might have to delay scheduling the return visit until the parts are found.
