3. Fill out the contact form with your details, including your name, contact information, and any additional required fields.
4. In the message or comments section of the form, clearly indicate that you need to provide your availability for the engineer’s return.
5. Provide three possible dates within the next three weeks that would be convenient for you. We always aim to schedule the earliest available date for you, but if we are waiting for special parts, we may require a three-week window for scheduling.
6. Submit the form, and our Customer Success Team will review your request and schedule the engineer’s return at a time that is suitable for you.
Once your appointment has been scheduled, you will receive an email confirmation containing the details of the appointment.
