Can I contact my repair engineer directly?

Our engineers will contact you directly to schedule your annual service appointment. They will provide their contact details, allowing you to communicate directly with them.

However, for repairs, we currently do not share the contact details of our engineers. We are actively working on implementing a system to provide direct contact information for our engineers in such cases, and we hope to have this available soon.In the meantime, if you need to contact us regarding your service or repair, please visit our contact page.
