Can I reduce the monthly premium by adding a call-out fee?

Yes. We offer packages that allow you to pay a lower monthly or annual fee if you agree to pay a call out fee for a call out in return. We don’t allow downgrades within the contract year, so you can only make changes prior to the beginning of the plan, or on renewal.
