Can a Cover Package be transferred between two people?

Same property: If the person you want to transfer to lives in the same property, it’s a straightforward change. You’ll need to get in touch with our Customer Success Team to update the contact and/or payment details. You can reach them via chat or Whatsapp. They will guide you through the necessary steps to make the changes.
Different property: If the person you want to update the contact details for resides in a different property, we ask you to contact us here. Our Customer Success Team will provide the necessary guidance.
