Can I add a family member to my account?

Yes absolutely.

 

You have the option to add a named person to your Hometree account. If you wish to include someone else, please notify us of their details, including their name and contact number.

 

By adding a named person to your account, you are authorising them to engage with Hometree on your behalf regarding your cover plan. This allows the named person to communicate with us, to organise a repair and pay any call out fees due.
