How do I renew my plan?

To ensure a seamless continuation of your cover, we have a straightforward renewal process in place. Approximately 30 days before the end of your agreement, we will send you an email reminding you of your upcoming renewal date. This serves as a courtesy reminder, giving you time to review your options and make any necessary decisions.

 

If you don’t take any action, we will automatically renew your existing Cover Package.

 

If you decide not to renew or would like to explore alternative options, we kindly ask you to inform us before your renewal date. You can call our Customer Success Team on 0330 912 4843.
