My Direct Debit has failed. What should I do?

If you’ve received a letter, email or text telling you that your Direct Debit has failed, please don’t worry. We’ll get this sorted for you without delay. Just call our Customer Success Team on 0330 912 4843, and we’ll get to the bottom of this for you. If it turns out to be a problem on your bank’s side, you’ll need to speak to them directly, as we won’t be able to discuss this on your behalf.
