Is there a limit on the repair costs covered under my plan?

The repair coverage differs between our Your Boiler, Your Heating, Your Home packages and our Essentials plans.

 

For our non-Essentials customers, there is no set repair limit, we strive to provide comprehensive coverage for all necessary repairs, ensuring that your systems and appliances are restored to proper working order without any financial constraints. However, if your boiler is not economically repairable, we will advise you of the next steps. Please click here for more information.

 

If you are an Essentials customer, there is a repair limit of £500 per repair. This means that for each repair job, the coverage is limited to a maximum of £500 in expenses. Please note that this limit applies to each repair and not to the cumulative repairs carried out during the coverage period.
