What time will my appointment be? When will the engineer arrive?

Our primary goal is to always address your issue promptly, and provide a choice of appointment slots to accommodate your schedule.

 

We understand the importance of providing convenience to our customers, and that’s why we offer appointments seven days a week. This extended availability allows us to accommodate a wide range of schedules and ensures that you can find a time that works best for you, even on weekends.

 

Morning slot: 8 am to 12 pm

Afternoon slot: 12 pm to 4 pm

Evening slot: 4 pm to 8 pm

 

During peak times, especially in the winter period, we may extend our appointment windows to support our engineers and provide greater flexibility. This means that you may be given a longer arrival window than usual.

 

Extending the arrival window allows us to efficiently manage our workload and ensure that our engineers can reach all customers promptly. While we understand that longer appointment windows may require some flexibility on your part, we aim to minimise any inconvenience caused.
