What to expect on the day of your visit
When our engineer is on-site to make a repair you can expect them to arrive at your property within the designated booking slot ready to investigate. If the engineer has everything they will proceed with the necessary repairs at that first appointment.
It’s important to note that we repair and service boilers from over 30 manufacturers, encompassing various models. This wide range of coverage allows us to cater to a diverse set of systems. However, it also means that certain parts may not be readily available on the day of the visit. While we aim for a first-time fix on every call, there may be occasions when we need to order parts and arrange a further appointment.
In some cases, special or custom parts may be needed for the repair. Rest assured, we are committed to sourcing the necessary parts as quickly as possible to complete the job successfully.
