Will I be charged a call-out fee for every repair?

The inclusion of call-out fees depends on the type of contract you choose. We offer two options:


1. Contract with no call-out fee: With this contract, you won’t be charged any additional fees for call-outs. It provides peace of mind knowing that our expert engineers will be available to address any issues without incurring extra costs.


2. Contract with a lower monthly fee and a £60 or £95 call-out fee: With this contract, in the event of a fault during the contract period, you will only be required to pay the call-out fee once per fault. In the event of a consecutive call-out, our experienced engineers will carefully assess the situation to determine whether it’s the same fault as before. If it is deemed as the same fault, and within a 30-day window of the original fault being reported to us, we will refund any additional call-out fees.
