What happens if my engineer finds a fault during the service?

If our engineer comes across a fault during the service visit that is not directly related to the service itself, we will take the necessary steps to address it promptly. In such cases, we will arrange for an engineer to return with the required parts to make the repair.

Please note: If your chosen policy includes a call-out fee, this will be applicable before an engineer attends the follow-up repair appointment.
