Fantastic service! Reported fault with boiler and got 2 engineers round 2 days later. They were so polite and helpful and did a great job. We are so impressed with the service from Hometree - they really go the extra mile. So glad we switched from British Gas for our boiler cover.
Very helpful on the phone, got an engineer booked for the next day to fix my broken heating. When a part was needed they had it ready for the first thing in the morning and solved the problem within 48 hours of my first call. Very good speed, both the advisor and engineer were nothing short of perfect.
Had leaking sewer pipe from loft conversion. Phoned Thursday pm, someone out to look Friday pm. (access difficult). Following week, at a time that suited both parties, repair carried out. Professional job!!!!! Girls in office very helpful too, kept me up to date from start to finish. A big thank you, to all involved.
Great cover for my Central Heating and very good Customer Telephone Service and a sensible monthly payment. I cannot express how impressed I am with Home Tree. professional service from start to finish. The quality of my install was fantastic "very neat soldered joints" with such friendly service. Even when the wrong part turned up our installer went out to buy a new part in order to complete our install in one day. He went above & beyond all our expectations. Massive thank you from all of us.
I had to make my first call to Hometree on Monday, I was connected to someone within about 10 seconds. After giving my details and outlining the issue I was asked " will you be home this afternoon". They arranged an Engineer Visit the same day. The engineer arrived as promised and sorted the problem. Great Service and excellent communication. Well Done.
I Had Home Cover with British Gas for over 10 years and the service was bad but I stuck with them tell I saw some very good reviews about Hometree cover so I gave them a try best move I have ever made had to call them out their response was excellent they turned up on time and fixed the problem Very good company with excellent customer service highly recommend them.
Following an extortionate renewal fee from British Gas Homecare I searched for alternative cover. Hometree offered me a perfect solution offering the same cover I enjoyed with British Gas for nearly half the price. Clearly the success of any insurance is when you have to make a claim and the efficiency this is dealt with. I’m confident that Hometree will provide the effective cover I’m looking for.
