As a landlord, can I be present during the boiler service visit, or can I provide my tenant's contact details for coordination?

We are happy to accommodate your wishes!


We understand that you may prefer to be present during the boiler service visit. If you would like to be there, we will happily make arrangements to attend when you are available.


Alternatively, if you are unable to attend the service visit or prefer to delegate the coordination to us, you can provide us with the contact details of your tenant. Our team will liaise directly with them to arrange the service at a convenient time for both parties.


Regardless of whether you or your tenant coordinate the service, we ensure a smooth process. After the service visit, we will provide you with your Landlord Gas Safety Record (LGSR) as required by regulations. This is proof that the boiler has been serviced by a qualified professional.
