1. Book your engineer visit
We’ll arrange a time for one of our local engineers to visit, whenever suits you best. We’ll then take payment for your fixed-price repair and sign you up for ongoing cover. No more headaches.
2. On the visit
Our engineer will diagnose the issue and aim to fix it there and then. If it’s a little more complex, we’ll order the right parts and return the next day to finish the job.
3. Aftercare: you’re fully protected
After everything is fixed, you’ll have full protection from further breakdowns with one of our home cover plans, which one of our customer service experts will set up for you.

*The prices above are based on maintenance plans with a £95 call-out fee. You can select a £0, £60 or £95 call-out fee option. The higher the call-out fee you select, the lower the monthly (or annual) price you pay. We do not charge call-out fees for your service visit.
Frequently Asked Questions
If your issue is urgent, you can give us a call on 0330 912 4843 and we’ll get you set up and book a repair visit right away. We prioritise emergencies and anyone who’s vulnerable, responding within 24 hours for most claims. We always aim to fix it first time.
If they can’t fix it on the first visit, we’ll order the right parts and aim to be back with you the following day. On the rare occasion that our engineer cannot fix the issue, we will advise you regarding the next steps and will refund £115. This product has a claims limit of £500 for the initial repair. We will always tell you if we think that this is going to be the case. If you decided to not go ahead with the repair because it exceeds the £500 limit, we will refund you £115.
If it’s related to the initial issue, don’t worry, it’s covered as part of our fixed price. If the issue is unrelated, we’ll provide a separate quote for each repair and you can choose to upgrade your 12-month cover to include the additional areas if not already included e.g. plumbing, drainage and electrics.
If we haven’t completed any repairs for you yet, then you are free to cancel at any point before your visit – just give us a call and let us know. If we’ve already completed some work for you then we’ll need to charge you for it before you can cancel.
Unfortunately we only offer the fixed price repair for customers who sign up to our care plans. We will not be able to offer you a one-off repair.
Depending on the plan you have selected, you’ll have to pay a call-out fee for each repair. You will only have to pay this once per fault.
